We use your personal information for the following purposes

  • Processing your pay
  • Offering you the opportunity of upcoming work

 

 

Whether information has to be provided by you and why

 

The information (name, contact details, National Insurance number etc.) must be provided by you to enable us to continue to offer work relevant to your location and process your pay.  When we collect information from you, we will inform you whether you are required to provide it to us.

 

Who will we share your personal information with?

 

We will share personal information with law enforcement agencies, if required by applicable law.

We will not share your personal information with any other third party, unless provided for by our Terms of Business or, otherwise, with your consent.

Transfer of your information outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

 

It is very unlikely to be necessary to transfer your personal information outside the EEA or to and international organization.  However, if it is, we will obtain your consent beforehand and we will ensure that it is in accordance with current data protection legislation by doing so only to jurisdictions in respect of which there is a European Commission adequacy decision or, where that is the case, by using model clauses which have been approved by the European Commission.

How long will we store your personal data for?

We will retain your personal data for as long as you are registered as an employee with us.  If you cease working for us we are required by law to retain your personal data for a minimum of 6 years.

Consent

 

When we rely on your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw the consent, at any time, but it will not affect the lawfulness of any processing activity that we have carried out prior to you withdrawing it.  You can do so by contacting us, by email, to info@toastd31.sg-host.com.

Under the GDPR, you have a number of important rights that you can exercise.  In summary, these rights are:

  • access to your personal information and other, supplementary information
  • require us to correct any mistakes or complete missing information that we hold about you

  • receive a copy of the personal information that you have provided to us or have such information sent to a third party (it will provided to you or the third party in a structured, commonly –used and machine-readable format)
  • object, at any time, to processing of your personal information for direct marketing
  • object, in certain other situations, to the continued processing of your personal information
  • restrict our processing of your personal information, in certain circumstances.
